Founded in 1983 under the name Centre des technologies textiles, CTT GROUP is a technology transfer centre established by Cégep de Saint-Hyacinthe at the request of the Ministère de l’Éducation du Québec. Initially, it sought to offer technical services to the textile and textile-related industry, primarily focused on standardized testing.
 

Over the years, CTT Group expanded its mission. Today the mission meets the industry’s needs through a range of diversified services: technical and technological expertise, applied research, process or product development, lab analysis, custom training and technology watch.
